Green Karabakh Energy conducted an open tender for the provision of Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) services for the construction of Small Hydropower Plants (SHPs) in the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, specifically in the Lachin and Kalbajar regions.

Following a comprehensive evaluation of the submitted proposals in accordance with the applicable tender procedures and evaluation criteria, **SİBA Müşavirlik Mühendislik İnşaat Enerji Danışmanlık Ticaret Limited Şirketi** was selected as the successful bidder. Subsequently, the relevant contract for the provision of FEED services was duly executed with the successful bidder.
