Green Karabakh Energy conducted an open tender for the provision of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services for the construction of Small Hydropower Plants in the Lachin and Kalbajar regions.

Following a comprehensive evaluation of the submitted bids in accordance with the applicable tender procedures and evaluation criteria, Caspian Technology and Supply LLC was selected as the successful bidder and awarded the EPC Contract for the construction of the 4 (four) SHPP projects: "Tartar 1" in Kalbajar district, "Minkend", "Galaca 1 & 2", "Malıbey" in Lachin district
